Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
To request a return, contact support@hernova.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and seals intact. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Do not return an item before receiving return instructions.

UK Cancellation Rights
UK customers normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
To cancel, email support@hernova.shop with your name and order number.
Personal Care Products
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics, skincare and personal care products cannot be returned after the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs.
Where confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or return and cover reasonable return costs.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return costs. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return costs.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items retain all applicable statutory rights and may be returned if they meet this policy’s conditions.
Gift cards are non-returnable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return.
For valid UK cancellations, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Express delivery upgrades are not refundable.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

We do not offer exchanges.
